Gift Vouchers

Please present gift vouchers on arrival. All vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for products. Gift vouchers can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Comfort

We kindly ask that all mobile phones be turned off or to silent, to preserve a peaceful, relaxing experience for all to enjoy.

Children

We love children, however we have created a relaxing environment for all our guests. Please make alternative child care arrangements, if your precious one isn’t having a treatment themselves.

Punctuality

Please arrive ten minutes before your treatment, so that you have time to relax and fill out any necessary paper work. Late arrivals will receive shortened treatments, as not to inconvenience the next client and a full-service fee will apply.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, so that other clients may utilise your spot. Less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and gift vouchers will become void.

Vouchers can be purchased for a specific dollar value, allowing your loved one the flexibility to choose their pamper package themselves.

All gift vouchers are valid for three years, unless otherwise stated.
